Shipping Procedure Unless otherwise stated, Discount Leisure Products will deliver your goods within 2-5 working days providing they are in stock. Where a product is out of stock we will contact you for your instructions as to whether you wish the product to be placed on back order. If goods are not received within 7 working days, contact us direct and we will check our despatch records, offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24hours. If you are unable to check your delivery before signing for it, sign your delivery as "UNCHECKED" or if the parcel packaging is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it stating "DAMAGED". If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature i.e. unattended delivery, or ask us to deliver to a third party e.g. work address or to a neighbour, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery location. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier. Other than for products where a specific delivery charge is indicated, Discount Leisure Products offers a free delivery service within UK mainland subject to the conditions below: a. Orders over £50.00 are delivered carriage free, other than where a special delivery charge for certain postcodes has been indicated e.g. Premium wooden pools.

For other destinations please contact our customer services department at sales@discountleisureproducts.co.uk Discount Leisure Products denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However, we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order. Courier companies will attempt to delivery your parcel/s on two occasions (a card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself. If subsequently the carrier returns the goods to ourselves you will be contacted and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery. If you decide that you no longer require the product(s) there will be a minimum £20 administration charge (post and packing) and a restocking charge upto 50% of the product(s) prices. |
