Add-on Products
These are optional extras associated with the main product. To order the product tick the box and then click the green Add to Order button. Please note that Add-on products usually attract a discount when ordered with the main product. Add-ons can ONLY be ordered with the main product. If you only require the Add-on featured product order as main product.

Cancel Order Entry or Remove items from order
If you wish to cancel an item or the whole order, click View Order and then remove each item that is not required.

Amend the quantity of an item
If you wish to amend the quantity of an item or add an item to the order, click View Order and then amend the quantity and click Update. 

Add items to order
If you wish to add an item to your order, click View Order and click Back to Store. Additional items can then be selected. 

Name and Address Details
After entering your address details the information will be stored and a confirmation e-mail sent to you in which we will provide you with a password. The password will save you time keying in your address details on subsequent visits - making ordering much easier. All credit/debit cards details are processed over a 256bit secure connection.

Shipping Charges
Orders over £50.00 are despatched free of charge. For orders under £50.00 the cost of delivery is shown together with a drop down menu for charged, non-standard options. The order may be increased/amended  so as to avoid a delivery charge by clicking on View Order at the bottom of the Checkout page. Additional items can then be added to increase the order value.

Delivery Address - adding/amending
The system will allow you to have more than one delivery address option. It is suggested that you initially enter your home address and add any additional address options as and when required. If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature i.e. unattended delivery, or ask us to deliver to a third party e.g. work address or to a neighbour, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery location. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier.

Billing Address - amending
New customers will be asked to enter their billing details at the Checkout stage. These will normally be the same address as the credit/debit card to be used for payment. The system default address will be the same as the Delivery Address.
 
Special Instructions.(Delivery Note)
If you have any message relating to your order this should be added to the Delivery Note field on the Checkout Screen.
 
Discount Codes
You may on occassions receive special offers, normally related to products which are of interest to you. A specific discount code will be e-mailed to you together with the offer features. The discount code must be entered and the discount will be applied.

Credit/Debit Card Details
For your security, your credit/debit card details are handled through ProtX, a secure online payment provider supported by U.K. Banks. Please select the Protx option when paying by credit/debit card. Discount Leisure Products do not have access to, or store, your credit card details. 

Credit/Debit Card Security
When entering credit card details Protx will check if you have secured your card from misuse on the internet. It will give you the option to register your card with your bank. You may register the card either through Protx at the time of placing your order or you can register by contacting your bankers direct. Either way we recommend that you register your card as it prevents fraudulant use in the event that you lose your card or your card details are cloned. 

V.A.T.
V.A.T. is included in our website prices. The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate. However, prices shown on your invoice/delivery note identify V.A.T. separately.
