Nexus Eazy 310 from Evolution Aqua

The Nexus 310 is an upgraded design of the Nexus 300 which had proved itself to be one of the worlds most successful koi filters.
The Nexus 310 now incorporates new features which are designed to make the Nexus more efficient at waste removal, easier to clean and more convenient to use.
The Nexus 310 has an all new Eazy which is the solids removal chamber, this has been redesigned completely and is now bigger allowing a better flow of water throughthe static K1 filter media. This improved water flow now means the Nexus can now remove more suspended solids and is even better at producing clarity in your pond.
There is a one way valve on the outlet of the Nexus Eazy which makes cleaning very easy, also a clear lid covers the top of the eazy to keep a precise amount of K1 media within the Eazy chamber.

How The Nexus Works:

The nexus filter is simple yet innovative. Water enters via the inlet of the Nexus and into the inner chamber which acts as a vortex to help sttle out larger solids. The water then passes through the Eazy where the finer particles and removed and the first step of biological treatment starts. Water then passes out of the Eazy chamber into the outer camber of the Nexus 310 where the final biological treatment takes place using the Kaldness Moving Bed Process. The water then passes through the grill into the exit chamber where it is returned to the pond.
The waste is discharged through the larger ball valve and the eazy is cleaned by diverting air from the outside chamber to the Eazy via the diverting valves.
