Choosing a Pond Liner

A pond liner is one of the first things you will need when building a new pond and something that you dont want to replacing. All of Gordon Low pond liners are covered by a lifetime guarantee against the sun's UV ray breaking down the liner and faulty manufacture. There are several types of pond liner available including PVC, rubber and EPDM(greenseal). They come in many different sizes and thicknesses to choose from suitable for fish pond liners, wildlife ponds, water features,Lake liners and more.

PVC Or Rubber Pond liner

Gordon Low PVC pond liner is available in widths upto 12metres. We stock the 0.5mm PVC liner which is a high quality flexible liner with a high puncture resistance. The PVC liner is best suited to small to medium sized ponds. For larger ponds and lakes, the rubber pond liners are more suitable. Firestone Rubber Pond Liner is 1mm thick and the Greenseal is 0.75mm thick. Pond Liner Underlay is also available which is a tough Geotextile to provide protection for your pond liner against sharp stones and roots. We recommend using underlay under all liners to give maximum protection.
