Our Spa & Hot Tub service engineer provides Quarterly and Annual servicing of many makes of tubs such as Artic Spa, Catalina Spas, Hot springs, Spa Form, Sundance, Ellite, Artesian, Jaccuzzi and many more.

Quarterly Service Specification:

Complete drain of the Hot Tub water including the footwell
Cleaning of the acrylic spa shell
Removal of waterline
Thorough clean of cartridge filters
Refil of water and chemical balance
Operational checks on equipment such as spa blower, ozonator, control system etc.
Wash and rinse of the spa/hot tub cover

Annual Service Specification:

Complete pipe work flush
Complete drain of the Hot Tub, including the footwell
Deep clean of the acrylic spa shell
Removal of the waterline
Removal and clean of the jets
Removal and clean of the head rests
Throught clean of the filters
Inspection of all accessible pipe work
Inspection and clean of pump wet ends
Descale of flow-through heater
Inspection of 'O' rings and replacement where neccessary
Electrical safety checks, including insulation and protective device operation
Wash and rinse of Spa cover
Uv protection applied to spa cover
UV protection applied to sysnthetic spa panels(where installed)
Refil of water and chemical balance
Operation checks on equipment(pump, blower, ozonator, control system etc.)
