Relax Total Alkalinity Plus 1KG
Ideal water conditions exist where Total Alkalinity (TA) is in the range 80 to 120mg/l (ppm). When TA is within the recommended range, pH is easier to control.
- A low TA will cause wide swings of pH leading to damage to mechanical equipment and pool finishes.
- High TA will make it difficult to carry out pH adjustments and can cause bicarbonate scale to develop.
To Increase Alkalinity
- Use a test kit to establish the TA (Total Alkalinity) level
- To raise the TA by 10mg/l (ppm) per 45m3 (10,000 gallons),m add Relax TA Plus at the rate of 750gm 28 oz) per 45m3 (10,000 gallons).
- Always pre-dissolve in water before adding to the pool.
- The total quantity of TA Plus required can be added at one time at the rate given above.
