Terms, Prices & Delivery Service
A confirmation of order will be sent to you on receipt of your order. A contract will exist once goods have been despatched and an invoice has been sent to you.
Discount Leisure Products reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, in the case that a mistake has been made on pricing or prices have increased we will always contact you prior to despatch to ensure that the revised price is acceptable to you.
All prices are in £ sterling and include V.A.T. at the then current rate as applicable. (V.A.T. No: 425 5723 53)
Unless otherwise stated, Discount Leisure Products will deliver your goods within 2-5 working days providing they are in stock. Where a product is out of stock we will contact you for your instructions as to whether you wish the product to be placed on back order. If goods are not received within 7 days, contact us direct and we will check our despatch records, offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24hours. If you are unable to check your delivery before signing for it, sign your delivery as "UNCHECKED" or if the parcel is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it stating "DAMAGED". We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as "DAMAGED". By completing your order you agree to abide by these conditions and to check your delivery and sign for it as "OK", "UNCHECKED" or "DAMAGED".
If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature i.e. unattended delivery, or ask us to deliver to a third party e.g. work address or to a neighbour, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery location. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier.
Other than for products where a specific delivery charge is indicated, Discount Leisure Products offers a free delivery service within UK mainland subject to the conditions below:
a. Orders up to £49.99 are subject to a maximum £6.95 delivery charge. Orders over £50.00 are delivered carriage free.
b. The following postcodes will incur an additional delivery cost: The Scottish Highlands and Isles (HS, IV, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Isle of Man (IM), Northern Island (BT), Isles of Scilly (TR), Channel Isles (Guernsey GY and Jersey JE) and Isle of Wight (PO23+).
c. Products indicated as SPECIAL DELIVERY may be subject to additional charges.

Discount Leisure Products denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However, we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
Courier companies will attempt to delivery your parcel/s on two occasions (A card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself. If subsequently the carrier returns the goods to ourselves you will be contacted and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery. If you decide that you no longer require the product(s) there will be an administration charge (post and packing) and a restocking charge upto 25% of the product(s) price(s).(Minimum charge £20).

If you have any complaints please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to sort out any problems. Our Customer Support staff are available Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m..

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. Customer payments are made via Protx (credit cards) or PayPal. We do not have access to or retain your credit card details.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent (except when you have sent us an e-mail).
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by accessing your account overview or by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
