This adaptor plate is for use with the new 2020 onwards filter cartridge from Mspa
The original style of filter cartridge from Mspa had the base plate moulded into the cartridge itself but the new design has the base plate separately.
If you have the older style filter cartridges then you will need to buy this base plate in order to use the new filter cartridge design.
