This fire bowl is made from steel and over time will rust, how much will depend on the whether they are left out in all conditions, how much they are used and how the fire bowl is cared for. The rust will not affect the use of the fire bowl and it can easily be repainted.
NOTICE: Metal fire bowl surfaces can become very hot and will burn the skin if touched as burning temperatures can be very high. We recommend the use of a chimenea guard when children are present.
