For our larger items such as the Intex swimming pools we ship these via a pallet service. The majority of the UK is cover under our 'FREE DELIVERY' offer, however certain postcode incur extra delivery costs. If you postcode is listed below then your order may be subject to an additional charge as stated below. If this cost is not added at time of placing your order, we will contact you giving you the option to pay the extra or cancel the order.
Most orders up to 2 KG in weight are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail. Orders over 2 KG & up to 30 KG in weight are dispatched via 48hr courier. Orders over 30 KG in weight may be dispatched via a pallet service to ensure a safe delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Our 24hr delivery option does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays as delivery days, if you order 24hr on a Friday delivery will be Monday.
Unless otherwise stated, Discount Leisure Products will dispatch your goods within 2-3 working days providing they are in stock. When a product is out of stock we will contact you for your instructions as to whether you wish the product to be placed on back order. If you goods are not received within 7 working days, contact us direct and we will check our dispatch records, offer you alternative products to the same valve or a full refund.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24 hours. If you are unable to check you delivery before signing for it, sign your delivery as 'UNCHECKED' or if the packaging is damaged any way, no matter how small please sign for it stating 'DAMAGED'
If there is significant damage to the parcel please reject the consignment and contact us so that we can may contact the carrier and resend your order.
We cannot CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged item that has not been signed for as DAMAGED. By completing your order you agree to abide by these conditions and to check and sign your delivery as OK UNCHECKED or DAMAGED.
If you instruct us to leave your goods without a signature i.e unattended delivery or you ask us to delivery to a third party e.g works address or neighbour, the responsibility falls on your to ensure a safe delivery location. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier.
Other than for products where a specific delivery charge is indicated, Discount Leisure Products offer free delivery to Mainland UK subject to the conditions below:
A. Orders over £39.99 are delivered carriage free, other than where a delivery special delivery charge for certain postcodes has been indicated e.g Premium Wooden Pools
B. Orders up to £39.99 are subject to a maximum delivery charge of £6.95 depending upon the weight of the consignment.
C. For special delivery products the following postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge. Please ask for quotation prior to ordering.

Discount Leisure Products denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept and liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangement be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
Courier companies will attempt to deliver your parcel/s on two occasions(a card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself. If subsequently the carrier returns the goods to ourselves, you will be contacted and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery.
If you decide that you no longer require the products(s) there will be a minimum £20.00 administration charge (post & Packing) and a restocking fee charge up to 50% of the product(s) prices.
"Unwanted Items: If you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of your products please contact us at email@example.com , providing details of the product(s) to be returned, reason for return and the original order number. A Returns Number and instructions for the return of products will be e-mailed to you. The cost of returning unwanted products will be at the customer's expense.
The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend returning the products pre-paid by recorded delivery using Royal Mail or courier A credit refund will only be given for the product(s), less the original cost of post and packaging, provided the product(s) is unused, in stock condition and is in its original packaging. Otherwise product(s) will be returned to you at your expense. Our returns policy conforms to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 (SI 2334/2000). If you decide that you no longer require the product(s) there will be a restocking/administration charge up to 50% of the product(s) prices with a minimum £20 charge Return of goods after 30 days is at our own discretion.
Faulty Products: Faulty products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned to us for exchange/repair during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return and if found to be in working order will be returned to you at your expense. The product warranty certificate, proof of purchase and nature of fault must accompany the returned goods.
The cost of returning a product(s) under warranty will be at the customer's expense. The cost of sending the repaired/replacement item will be at Discount Leisure Products expense.
Products that have been damaged by misuse or neglect, however caused, will not be exchanged and customers will have the options of paying the return postage to have the product(s) returned or of requesting us to dispose of the product(s) on their behalf. Where instructions have not been received within 14 days of our requesting instructions from the customer, the product(s) will be disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Proof of Posting: Unless proof of delivery or a carrier receipt, signed on behalf of Discount Leisure Products, is supplied, Discount Leisure Products does not accept responsibility for product(s) returned by a customer where we are unable to trace receipt.
Intex Returns: With regards to Intex pools, if there is a fault with a pool liner or other Intex product, which renders the item inoperable please contact us, indicating the nature of the fault. We will either send you a replacement or ask you to contact the Intex Help Line. Intex will advise you as to the action to be taken. Should you experience any difficulties please let us know as quickly as possible so that we may progress the matter on your behalf. Please note that faults with inflatable items must be notified to us no later than 7 days after the day of delivery.
Special Orders/Products: Products that are specially made/ordered or are perishables i.e. magazines, pond liners, plants, stainless steel products, videos, books etc. cannot be returned for refund unless faulty/damaged.
Bulky products e.g. Plastica wooden pools, large Intex pools, pond filters etc. must not be returned to us without our prior agreement as the product(s) may need to be returned direct to the manufacturer.
