Aqua Safe 90 is a non toxic, easy to use and economical treatment which eliminates the daily testing for bromine and chlorine. Aqua Safe wont cause rashes, itching, burning red eyes and dry skin which chlorine and bromine can something cause.
This product uses 14 natural seaweed enzymes to treat the spa water and keep it clean for up to 90 days.
Aqua Safe 90 Water Care Kit Contents
500ml 90 day water care treatment - treats up to 2000 litres of spa water
Filter Flow oxidising tablets - 1 tablet treats 1000 litres of spa water
Bacteria test strips
pH test strips
Directions for use
Fill spa with fresh water and heat to normal temperature
Add the 500ml bottle of 90 day water care treatment for a 200 litre spa, for smaller spa upto 1200 litres add 375ml
Repeat the treatment every 90 days, cleaning the filter cartridge out weekly. Every 4-6 weeks the cartridge should be soaked in the filter cleaner and fully dried before returning to the tub(a spare filter cartridge is handy)
Maintain a pH level between 8-8.4
As a guide the filtration cycle should run for 16 hours per day.
Use the bacteria test strips monthly to check water is clear of bacteria
Tips
Use a dedicated swimwear for the hot tub and only rinse with water, washing the swimwear in detergent can lead to residue entering the spa and upsetting the balance.
Shower before use, 80% of water contamination comes from the body.
