Hot tub flush is designed to break down the build up of organic matter known as Bio film. This Bio film can build up on the spa surface and in the pipework, which can harbour bacteria and affect the water quality in your spa.
It is reccommended that your tub should be treated each time, prior to your water is drained and refilled.
Spa & Hot Tub Flush Directions
Dosage rate 250ml per 1000 litres of spa water
Dosage rate 375ml per 1500 litres of spa water
Dosage rate 500ml per 2000 litres of spa water
Shut down your spa and remove filter cartridge.
Carefully pour required amount of hot tub flush unto your spa skimmer
Turn on all the spa pumps, booster pumps and open all jets, continue to circulate for 15 minutes
Turn off spa and leave to stand for 15 minutes
Re start all pumps, booster pump and open jets for a further 10 minutes
Your may experience some foaming at this point.
Turn off and drain all the water from the spa, flush jets with a hose pipe to remove any stubborn deposits
Replace filter cartridge, refill your spa with fresh water, sanitise and resume normal operation of your spa
