One of the most famous beaches in the world, and it really is a truly beautiful sight. technically part of Los Angeles, this west coast treasure always has something going on. The beach is always busy with surfers and swimmers alike, gathering to check out one of America’s most well known surfing spots on the Pacific ocean.

Blue Lagoon, Fiji
A cluster of island in the south pacific is described as ‘heaven on earth’ by many, and it’s easy to see why! Beautiful white sand, bright blue skies and clear warm ocean to swim in. Always high up in the list of places to visit before you die Blue Lagoon has become a hotspot for snorkelers, due to the beautiful and bright sea life it boasts. Truly a paradise.

Amoudi Bay, Santorini, Greece
Renowned for being one of Europe’s most idyllic spots, bright white buildings and always incredible weather it would seem. It has a lot of choices for the perfect swimming spot, but none stand out like Amoudi Bay. It has no beach, so it’s just a trip down stone stairs to dip into the Aegean sea. The clear warm water provides a perfect chance to relax and get a cool down from the blasting sun.

The Blue Lagoon, Reykjavik, Iceland
Famous for its hot springs Iceland is a country of natural beauty. The view of the snowy mountain ranges and rising steam makes it easily one of the world’s best swimming spots. Even though it has it’s hot springs in abundance there isn’t one quite like the Blue Lagoon. Aptly named for its stunning blue water, it is also one of the country’s largest, and any trip to Iceland wouldn’t be the same without a visit.

Kynance Cove, Lizard, West Cornwall
Finally, a spot closer to home. Britain is full of incredibly beautiful spots, from rolling countryside to secluded villages, and with some of the best beaches in the world Cornwall has been a hotspot for those wanting to relax, swim and surf. Kynance Cove, set in the Lizard Peninsula is a truly idyllic and breathtaking spot , a secluded spot with emerald colour sea. it might be the warmest of waters, but it’s worth it.
